UrbanMama is a map-based app that helps you discover the best places & events in the city for your family. The AD-FREE service is designed for both locals and tourists. UrbanMama currently provides CURATED CONTENT for AMSTERDAM.
How UrbanMama Works
Choose places or events, and the map-based app will display kid-friendly outings around you that we feel are worth your family’s time. Switch to list view to explore everything at once. Filter the results to find what fits your needs. Click on the pins to learn more. Add events directly to your iOS calendar. Share what you discover with friends. Rate & review existing entries. You can even contribute new entries!
What UrbanMama Offers
– We carefully select useful, fresh and relevant info for your city, including PLACES (playgrounds, museums, restaurants, parks, animals, day trips, tourist attractions) and EVENTS (performances, workshops, sports & outdoors, festivals & markets).
– Events are continuously updated!
– Each CURATED entry offers rich descriptions, including photos and ratings to help you make easier decisions. They’re tagged so you can filter according to your needs: by type of activity, indoor/outdoor, free/paid, recommended age, and date, as well as by amenities such as parking, highchair and changing table.
– Currently, UrbanMama provides CURATED CONTENT for AMSTERDAM. Users outside of Amsterdam are welcome to add your favorite places & events in your own city to the map.

UrbanMama runs on iPhones with iOS 7.1 or higher. It also runs on iPad, although it is not optimized for it.
